Inspired Leadership 2025 is an immersive, hands-on program created for leaders at all stages – from those just starting out to seasoned changemakers. Open to people from all walks of life, it champions inclusivity, inviting applications from individuals of all abilities, culturally diverse backgrounds, LGBTQI+, First Nations communities, and young people under 30.
This program, provided by Regional Development Australia, is generously funded by the Government of South Australia as part of the Regional Leadership Development Program (RLDP).

Leadership isn’t about titles—it’s about impact, self-discovery, and connection.
This six-month motivational program goes beyond traditional leadership training, blending practical skills with a deeply human approach. Once again, we aim to bring diverse participants together for a shared journey of growth and collaboration.
Delivered by the co-directors of Newday Leadership, Katrina Webb and Matthew Wright-Simon, along with a team of expert facilitators, Inspired Leadership 2025 will guide you through immersive learning experiences designed to help you lead with confidence, purpose, and authenticity.
Set against the stunning landscapes of the Ngarrindjeri, Kaurna, and Peramangk peoples, and the bustling energy of our regional communities, each session invites reflection, growth, and connection to develop new insights and perspectives.
The Inspired Leadership program has been truly transformative for me, both personally and professionally, providing a rare opportunity to deeply align my leadership approach with my core values and purpose. It emphasised purpose-driven leadership, cultural awareness, and regenerative practices that are both forward-thinking and deeply relevant to the challenges we face in our region.
What makes Inspired Leadership 2025 unique?
Inspired Leadership 2025 celebrates leadership excellence in regional communities, addressing local challenges while embracing a global perspective. Inspired Leadership is built on five key pillars:

The program has led to personal growth and I see this as beneficial to anyone, particularly to different identities. As a person with disability I felt supported and safe from beginning to end by the program’s facilitators, funders, speakers and participants. The program’s learnings took me on a regenerative journey, where I have realised my own potential as a leader, and can now recognise the potential of my peers as leaders.

Who should apply
If you’re passionate about creating positive change – whether in business, community work, or personal leadership – this program is for you.
Our 2023 and 2024 participants exemplified these leadership qualities. Spanning their late teens to late 60s, our groups brought diverse experiences and backgrounds, while representing every part of the region across community, corporate, and government sectors.
Eligibility:
Inspired Leadership 2025 champions inclusivity, welcoming individuals of all abilities, culturally diverse backgrounds, LGBTQI+, and First Nations communities.
While open to adults of all ages, applicants must be at least 18, not currently in school, and have a connection to the region through living, working, or volunteering. Indigenous applicants who know part of the region as home Country are encouraged to apply.
It’s not an exaggeration to say that this program has changed some key parts of how I relate to the world in general (for the better obviously!), I have more patience and a more open minded approach that makes space for new ways of thinking. Thank goodness it was nothing like what most ‘leadership’ programs are reputed to be like!

Our transformative, six-month leadership program is valued at $6,500.
Thanks to the generous funding of the Regional Leadership Development Program (RLDP), your place in Inspired Leadership 2025 is just $700 (incl. GST).
A small number of bursaries will also be available to support eligible candidates.
