Inspired Leadership 2025 is an immersive, hands-on program created for leaders at all stages – from those just starting out to seasoned changemakers. Open to people from all walks of life, it champions inclusivity, inviting applications from individuals of all abilities, culturally diverse backgrounds, LGBTQI+, First Nations communities, and young people under 30.

This six-month motivational program goes beyond traditional leadership training, blending practical skills with a deeply human approach. Once again, we aim to bring diverse participants together for a shared journey of growth and collaboration.

Delivered by the co-directors of Newday Leadership, Katrina Webb and Matthew Wright-Simon, along with a team of expert facilitators, Inspired Leadership 2025 will guide you through immersive learning experiences designed to help you lead with confidence, purpose, and authenticity.

Who should apply

Our 2023 and 2024 participants exemplified these leadership qualities. Spanning their late teens to late 60s, our groups brought diverse experiences and backgrounds, while representing every part of the region across community, corporate, and government sectors.

Eligibility:

Inspired Leadership 2025 champions inclusivity, welcoming individuals of all abilities, culturally diverse backgrounds, LGBTQI+, and First Nations communities.

While open to adults of all ages, applicants must be at least 18, not currently in school, and have a connection to the region through living, working, or volunteering. Indigenous applicants who know part of the region as home Country are encouraged to apply.

Making your leadership journey accessible and affordable

Our transformative, six-month leadership program is valued at $6,500.

Thanks to the generous funding of the Regional Leadership Development Program (RLDP), your place in Inspired Leadership 2025 is just $700 (incl. GST).

A small number of bursaries will also be available to support eligible candidates.
