Share your views on transport issues
Department for Infrastructure and Transport (DIT) is undertaking a transport study for the Fleurieu Peninsula and Kangaroo Island to inform future transport planning and investment in the region.
Growing Regional Productivity is one of three priorities in our Strategic Regional Plan, with a focus on effective and efficient freight routes, increased investment in public transport and more equitable movement between the mainland and Kangaroo Island.
This study from DIT will consider key transport issues and opportunities such as road safety, efficiency, and the transport network’s ability to support liveability and growth in the following Local Government Areas:
- Alexandrina Council
- City of Onkaparinga
- City of Victor Harbor
- District Council of Yankalilla
- Kangaroo Island Council
