Real Work. Real Experience.

Regional Development Australia Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu and Kangaroo Island has partnered with the State Government to launch an exciting new initiative that supports our region by connecting job seekers to employment opportunities.

The ‘Real Work. Real Experience.’ initiative aims to boost regional workforce and regional South Australia’s capacity to drive our State’s economic recovery post COVID-19. $4.45 million in funding has been available to attract and retain employees in key areas, while addressing additional workforce issues created by the pandemic.

Our agriculture, tourism and hospitality industries, along with many others, are in need of workers to help keep our supply chains flowing and our industries thriving.

Our $4.45 million support package will help to address workforce issues right across regional South Australia and link those seeking work with positions available.

In addition to seasonal work opportunities, there are many full-time and part-time job opportunities currently available across the Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu Peninsula and Kangaroo Island.

We aim to connect employers and job seekers to fill industry labour shortages and provide people with employment opportunities.
