DOME has just commenced a Workforce Diversity project with funding from the Office of Ageing Well and Office for Women looking at age and gender bias in the workplace. The project will be working with employers providing assessments of their workforce diversity and HR practices with recommendations and strategies provided on how the business can improve their workforce diversity. The project will focus on gender and age diversity but includes all groups.
These free assessments are open to all employers with a target of 20 business participating plus 3 Recruitment agencies or HR Business Schools.
