DROUGHT
- Oversee the implementation of the Regional Drought Resilience Plan

- Regional drought resilience projects are identified by the Regional Drought Plan consortia
- Funding flows into the region for drought resilience projects
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
- With the insights of the regional leadership gap analysis, grow regional leaders
