Real Work, Real Experience is an initiative of the South Australian Government to support the uptake of seasonal and regional jobs in South Australia, particularly in agriculture, tourism and hospitality. RDA’s current survey “Are you looking for staff” has shown businesses right across the region are having challenges finding staff. A combination of marketing, a regional work website, and incentives up to $6,000 for people to move to the regions, is aimed at increasing your chances of finding staff.
