Founder of CJ’s Business Solutions, Carolyn Jeffrey, will share some hints, tips and simple, practical tools you can use to cut the workload and stress and give you time and headspace to spend on yourself or your business. Over the past 11 years Carolyn has built a sole-operator marketing, website and writing business that services more than 50 clients. Much of the work she does is social media management for regional small businesses. She’ll be giving you access to the insights she’s learned on the job, and also sharing some of the tools that enables her to be able to service so many clients single-handedly.
This function is open to all women in business – those who manage, own or work in a business or those who think they’d like to be in business.
