Having difficulty finding staff for your hospitality or tourism business?
Regional Development Australia, Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu and Kangaroo Island (RDA AHFKI) is facilitating a seminar aimed at “demystifying” migration programs for local employers in the hospitality and tourism sector.
This FREE one-hour webinar (including a Q&A session) is a collaboration between RDA AHFKI, Department of Home Affairs, and the South Australian Department for Industry, Innovation and Science, to help address hospitality and tourism workforce skills shortages across the region.
If you’ve been having difficulty finding employees in your hospitality or tourism business, this is a great opportunity to look at new options – or to take a refresher on how you can fill your workforce gaps.
Topics covered will include:
- Skilled Migration Program
- Work rights on Student Visas
- Working Holiday Visas
- PALMS (Pacific Australia Labour Mobility Scheme)
- Employer Sponsored Visas and Regional Visas
- Visa Entitlement Verification Online (VEVO)
We strongly encourage local employers to take part in the webinar to learn:
- how these programs work; and
- how they could benefit your business.
Webinar presenters will use a mix of examples and visa information to explain the merits of each program, and how they may apply to your situation.
A Q&A session will follow the presentations, providing an opportunity to ask questions about how the migration program can help you sustain your workforce and grow your business.
