You will be introduced to the concept of design thinking and co-design for social good. This workshop will be led by the team at Collab4Good.
  • Market Fit and Customer Experience will delve deeper into design thinking principles, help you identify your assumptions and understand your customer and beneficiaries. You will develop or refine your key value proposition, and leave the workshop with a series of questions and a plan to conduct further customer research. This workshop will be led by Tina Ferguson.
