Business Model Design for Impact
The Business for Good Sector Development Program is for social enterprises, First Nations owned businesses, B Corps and small businesses who are interested in intentionally embedding social and environmental impact into their businesses.
Workshop 2: Business Model Design for Impact is a two part workshop covering:
- Business Model Design for Impact will introduce you to the Theory of Change framework and support you to use the social business model canvas as a tool to balance your social/environmental mission WITH an intention to trade and manage a business. You will be introduced to the concept of design thinking and co-design for social good. This workshop will be led by the team at Collab4Good.
- Market Fit and Customer Experience will delve deeper into design thinking principles, help you identify your assumptions and understand your customer and beneficiaries. You will develop or refine your key value proposition, and leave the workshop with a series of questions and a plan to conduct further customer research. This workshop will be led by Tina Ferguson.
Places are limited and registrations are essential so get in quick to avoid disappointment.
Eligible businesses in regional South Australia who cannot attend in person are encouraged participate via Zoom.
