Regional leadership founded on local success
Our newest board members, Jordana Ashcroft O’Sullivan and Ellen Wundersitz, bring a wealth of experience and a shared passion for regional prosperity. Their leadership will help shape opportunities for businesses, communities, and future generations.
This year’s selection process saw an exceptional response, with a record number of applications from highly skilled candidates. The strong representation of women reflects the growing influence of female leaders in driving economic and social progress across our region.
Meet Ellen Wundersitz
Ellen, co-owner of the award-winning Space Craft Joinery, brings extensive business management experience alongside expertise in design, marketing, and governance. She is passionate about tackling key regional challenges such as housing affordability and climate change while fostering growth for future generations.
I’m passionate about creating growth and employment opportunities for young people, supporting local businesses, and addressing major regional challenges, like climate change and housing affordability.
Since moving to Strathalbyn in 2010, I’ve fallen in love with the lifestyle and community here. I’m looking forward to working with the RDA board to contribute to a vibrant, sustainable future for regional communities, especially for the next generation.
Meet Jordana Ashcroft O’Sullivan
Jordana, General Manager of Beyond Ink, is a leader in town planning, with expertise spanning tourism, healthcare, and manufacturing. She has a deep understanding of balancing development with environmental and heritage considerations, ensuring regional South Australia continues to thrive.
I’m excited to be part of RDA AHFKI, supporting our businesses and communities in taking what they already do well and making it great. To expand opportunities and enhancing the supportive infrastructure needed to create an environment that attracts and retains residents, workers, and tourists — while encouraging emerging generations to stay and thrive in our regions.
