Terms & Conditions
Participation in this Competition is subject to the following terms and conditions and includes all information on how to enter and prizes available.
By submitting an entry into the Competition, you are indicating to us that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Only entries that comply with these terms and conditions will be considered valid and eligible to win.
The Promotor is Regional Development Australia Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu and Kangaroo Island Incorporated (RDA), ABN 898 1669 3886, 4 Angas Place, Strathalbyn, SA, 5255. The competition commences on the 24/01/2023 and ends at midnight on 14/02/2023 (“Competition Period”).
You are eligible to enter into the Competition if you are ordinarily a resident in Australia, over the age of 18, and a registered primary producer within at least one of the council areas listed on the entry form (“Entrants”). To enter, Entrants must complete and submit a complete and accurate online application during the Competition Period.
There is a limit of one entry per Entrant.
There is a total of ten (10) evokeAG event tickets available to be won, each valued at $770.00 inclusive of GST. The Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or convertible to cash or credit.
Each Entrant’s name will be entered into a random name picker. The ten (10) names the picker selects, will be the winners of the Competition.
Winners will be advised by direct email and text on 15/02/2023. Winners will be publicly announced through RDA social media channels and newsletter.
The Promotor is not responsible for any inaccurate information provided by the Entrant, any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or Entrant’s failure to adequately monitor any inbox account. Should any prize remain unclaimed within three (3) business days after being notified an additional winner(s) will be selected using the same procedures outlined above until all prizes are claimed.
The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any Entrant from the Competition if it finds or believes the Entrant to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Competition or; to be acting in violation of the applicable, terms and conditions, laws and regulations or in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
The Promoter reserves the right to seek damages and legally pursue to the full extent of the law any Entrant who deliberately or negligently damages, discredits, defames any website or social platform or undermines the legitimate operation of the Competition.
Winning Entrants will be asked for a photograph to be supplied of themselves on their property. By entering, the Entrant consents to the Promotor’s use, should you become a winner, of your name, entry and photograph or other likeness, and your testimony without further compensation or notice, for publicity, advertising or informational purposes in any media or format (including the Internet) in connection with the products, this Competition, or future similar Competitions for term of three (3) year. Entrants warrant that their entry is not in breach of any third-party intellectual property rights.
By participating or attempting to participate in the Competition, all Entrants release the Promoters, their advertising and promotional agencies, their employees, agents and representatives from any damage, claim, dispute, cause of action that could be incurred due to their participation or attempted participation in the Competition.
All Entrants agree to indemnify the Promotor of any loss, damage, claim, dispute, cause of action resulting from their entry or from them participating in this Competition including arising from any comments made, or material published, by third parties about the entry on social media platforms in connection with this Competition.
