RDA is here to Connect Jobseekers with Businesses Needing Staff

COVID-19 is impacting on the ability of our primary, tourism and hospitality industries to secure workers. The ‘Real Work. Real Experience’ program is an initiative of State Government and aims to increase our regional workforce and continue to aid South Australia’s economic recovery from COVID-19.

Richard Scollin and Oliver Walton are now working at RDA (Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu and KI) implementing the program on the ground. Richard and Oliver are identifying job opportunities and connecting job seekers towards these vacancies as well as seeking feedback from employers and industry on the current challenges you are experiencing finding suitable staff. Further, Richard and Oliver are connecting to a range or other programs and services in the region that may support you to find suitable staff.
