Connolly Wilson Conveyancing provides expert, local property advice and supports our clients with all aspect of property transfers, land divisions, caveats and leases. With more than 25 years’ combined experience, we combine our knowledge with an empathetic approach that takes the stress out of settlements.

What issue or problem are you solving for customers?

Navigating property dealings can be highly stressful and confusing. We support our clients by managing the process and ensuring their settlement is completed smoothly. We break down a complex process and work with our clients patiently to ensure they feel informed in what is usually the greatest financial transaction of their lifetime.

What is your business’ point of difference in the marketplace?

Our focus continues to be on the wellbeing of our clients. We are their independent representative and work tirelessly to ensure they are best represented in their transaction. We pride ourselves on strong relationships with industry peers, including surveyors, valuers, agents and other conveyancers, which helps up successfully resolve settlement disputes and delays with little stress for our clients.

Do you network with other businesses in your region and if so, how?

Our approach to networking has been to develop genuine relationships with other local businesses and suppliers. We endeavour to support local businesses wherever possible, and share our knowledge. We’ve been proud members of the Murray Bridge Business Alliance for a number of years. We’re fortunate to live and raise our families in the same community, and often catch up with fellow business owners on the sidelines of kids’ sport or at social events – one of the perks of running a regional business!

In relation to operation of your business, if there was one realistic thing you could change, what would it be?

We continually review our business goals and set new goals for the future. We have grown the business steadily by staying true to our own business values and trusting our instincts, and reaching out to expert consultants for guidance on the administrative areas of our organisation. We’re incredibly proud of our business journey over the past almost 4 years and wouldn’t choose to change anything.
