How Local Councils are Helping Business Sustainability

Sustainable Australia Fund has created a way for you to access government-enabled funding through a flexible green loan known as Environmental Upgrade Finance, helping you transition simply to a sustainable future.

Do you own or lease non-residential property and want to undertake environmental or heritage building works but need a better lending option that suits your needs?

RDA is working with councils to explore a new green-funding opportunity called Building Upgrade Finance. The program provides finance in South Australia for environmental projects (including solar/battery installations, LED lighting, efficient air conditioning, wastewater treatment systems, water efficient fixtures and fittings, waste management systems and much more), and heritage building works.

The finance tool offers zero deposit, long terms and competitive fixed rates that help you get to net zero and often result in a positive cash-flow outcome.
