2-part psychosocial health and safety workshop: 10 + 16 April
This not-to-be-missed program will help you understand these changes and guidelines, as well as implement a psychologically safe work environment.
Late in 2023, new guidelines were introduced in South Australia outlining the employers responsibility to provide a psychologically safe workplace.
Employers now have a duty to ensure not only the health and safety of their workers, but also their mental health and psychosocial safety, by taking preventative action and intervening early.
Leaders often express concern that changes to the legislation will reduce their ability to effectively manage their people and achieve productivity.
This not-to-be-missed program will help you understand these changes and guidelines, as well as implement a psychologically safe work environment.
At this workshop Jo Marshall of Culturise will deepen the conversation to ensure that you and your team:
- Understand the new WHS Regulations and Guidelines
- Have practical tools to implement the guidelines in your organisation – without losing management control
- Understand your responsibilities surrounding mental health and mental illness in the workplace
- Answer many of the questions you have around workplace wellbeing – and common ones from across the wide range of organisations Culturise work with
- Are equipped to very simply apply changes that not only meet the new guidelines, but improve team wellbeing and performance
- Measure the impact to your bottom line
- Register for the workshop and benefit from a 6 month long support program!
Food SA are proud to be working in collaboration with Wellbeing SA and Business SA to present this program developed specifically for the food and beverage industry in partnership with Culturise.
