Understand how your business can be more accessible and inclusive for both customers, visitors and staff
This workshop will increase your knowledge and confidence to incorporate inclusive practices into not only your tourism businesses and offerings, but also your personal lives. Some of the areas covered include how you can:
- Build confidence in speaking to and interacting people living with a disability
- Confront unconscious bias and unpack stereotypes
- Improve your awareness of disability issues and the diversity of disability (including invisible and visible disabilities)
- Find more ways to be inclusive to disability community in both your work and personal life.
Disability Inclusion training is delivered in a safe and judgement-free learning environment. All business types and operations are welcome.
