Whalers Peninsula Community Association (WPCA) is a not-for-profit, non-government funded, charitable organisation based in Goolwa. Across the Fleurieu Peninsula, they provide practical solutions to help people and families (and their pets) experiencing homelessness, hunger, domestic violence and hardship.
