Running your own business can be all-consuming, which is where these expert-led series of wellbeing workshops comes in.

Ignite Wellbeing are very proud to partner with Mt Barker Council to deliver these workshops aimed at helping small and family business owners and leaders learn how to to dedicate valuable time to themselves, and their team’s, mental health – a crucial part of operating and maintaining a successful business.

It is an opportunity to connect with others, and be provided with essential tools and strategies to manage the ever-changing landscape of leading a team and running a business.
