The first round of regional heritage tourism workshops kick off next week!

Join the South Australian Government, in collaboration with the Tourism Industry Council South Australia (TiCSA) and other key stakeholders, to develop a Heritage Tourism Strategy and Action Plan to grow heritage tourism in South Australia, create jobs and stimulate economic activity.

Workshops are being held across the state to gain input from the tourism industry, the heritage sector, local government, Traditional Owners and those with an interest in progressing heritage tourism.
This input will help inform development of the strategy and action plan.

You will be asked to share your views and ideas on:

  • the uniquely South Australian heritage stories, experiences and places that would appeal to visitors
  • the opportunities, challenges and barriers for heritage tourism in SA
  • what needs to be done to leverage the potential of heritage to contribute to growing SA’s Visitor Economy.

Only 20 spaces available per workshop, get in quick to secure your place!
