Inaugural Ag Tech Field Day & Careers Expo
AG FEST will showcase the ideas and technology being used in primary production, and conservation and land management. The diversity and abundance of ag career pathways and related pathways will be on display.
There will be speakers and panel sessions from 10:30am targeted for students, but open to all.
Speakers and panel sessions from 2:00pm will be targeted for primary producers and community members, followed by a BBQ. Food and drink is available for purchase all day.
Make sure you allow plenty of time to check out all the displays!
Topics include:
- practicalities of carbon farming
- regenerative farming
- animals and vet science
- climate projections
- heavy vehicle regulations
- involving students in your farming business
While this event is free to attend, your registration is requested for planning purposes.
