Introduction

The RDA AH F and KI 2010- 2011 Business (Action) Plan is the implementation component of the integrated Strategic and Business Plan produced for the first time in 2010. The Business Plan is designed to be consistent with the Business Plan template contained in the Commonwealth Operational Funding Contract with the RDA AH F and KI and also meet the requirements for an Action Plan under the SA Government, Local Government and RDA AH F and KI Funding Agreement. The Business Plan is linked to the budget capacity of the RDA AH F and KI. The Business Plan includes fully costed programs and projects and some (clearly identified in the major projects list) that are contingent on the sourcing of additional funding support.

RDA AH F and KI is a tripartite organisation involving local government, state government and the commonwealth government. RDA AH F and KI acknowledges the generous support of the funding partners and thanks them for their commitment to the communities of the Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu and Kangaroo Island. These funding partners are formally tied to the RDA AH F and KI through:

• the Funding Agreement between the SA Minister for Regional Development, Adelaide Hills Council, District Council of Mt Barker, Alexandrina Council, City of Victor Harbor, District Council of Yankalilla and Kangaroo Island Council and the RDA AH F and KI and
• the Operational Funding Contract between the Commonwealth Government and the RDA AH F and KI.
