What is Regional Development Australia Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu & Kangaroo Island?

Regional Development Australia Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu & Kangaroo Island (RDA) is a partnership between the Australian, state and territory and local governments to support the growth and development of Australia’s regions. RDA Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu & Kangaroo Island’s committee members aim to build partnerships between governments, regional development organisations, local businesses, community groups and key regional stakeholders to provide strategic and targeted responses to economic, environmental and social issues affecting the region.

Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu & Kangaroo Island Region

The Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu and Kangaroo Island region covers a total land area of 8.663 square kilometres. With its dramatic escarpments and expansive coastline, RDA Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu and Kangaroo Island Region has attracted the categorization of the “Hills & Coasts Region”.

The Advantage SA Awards provide an opportunity to promote and celebrate the achievements of individuals, groups and organisations that have made significant contributions to regional South Australia.
